This information is used to respond to your enquiry, make appointments, and may be reviewed by our staff to improve our services. Voyce AI processes this data on our behalf as our data processor.

Conversation data is stored securely in a cloud server located in London, UK
Voyce AI uses encrypted connections and complies with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and industry security standards
Conversation logs are stored in VAPI, a GDPR-compliant third-party application
Personal data is pseudonymised where possible to enhance privacy
Access to stored data is restricted to authorised personnel only using role-based access controls
Conversation logs are automatically deleted 3 months following your appointment date
Third-party processing:
Voyce AI Ltd processes your data on our behalf solely for providing the AI assistant service. They do not use your data for their own purposes or share it with other third parties. Conversation logs may be reviewed to improve the AI system’s performance.
If payment is required, this is processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

Object to automated processing
Request human intervention instead of AI processing
Not be subject to solely automated decision-making
