Fees

*Terms:

• We require a £40 deposit to secure your first Chiropractic, Physiotherapy,  Laser, X-ray, or IDD Consultation appointment.
  For Red Light Therapy sessions, a £12 deposit is required.
  All deposits must be paid at the time of booking.

  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.

• We will confirm all appointments 24 hours prior by text, please contact the centre on 01604 422488 or email [email protected] if you require to make changes with less than 24h notice.

• We require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling follow-up appointments.

  Failing to provide adequate notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

  If you repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the treatment.

• All treatments, therapies and consultation fees must be paid in full on the day of appointment.

• Prepaid treatment plans are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
  If you choose to cancel your plan before completion, any treatments already received will be recalculated at the standard (non-discounted) rate, and an additional £5 administration fee will apply.

  If paying for the plan by credit card or cash in instalments, please note that any unpaid treatments may be suspended or cancelled until the outstanding balance is settled.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to invalidate your voucher.

  Voucher refunds will incur a £5 administration fee.

In the event of cancellation of a treatment plan, all treatments and examination costs up to that date will be charged at the standard price.
